Quotations and Pricing:
Quotations provided by the Company are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may fluctuate based on market conditions, and any changes will be communicated to the Client in advance.

Acceptance of Services:
The Client confirms acceptance of services when a signed agreement or purchase order is received. The Company reserves the right to decline service if acceptance is not received within the specified period.

Payment Terms:
Payments are due as indicated on our invoices. Late payments may result in additional fees.

Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This confidentiality obligation continues even after the termination of services.

Intellectual Property Rights:
All intellectual property rights related to materials created by the Company during service delivery remain with ADMIRABLETENDER Technology unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability:
The Company is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service rendered.

Termination of Services:
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if there is a breach of these terms. All outstanding payments must be settled upon termination.

Governing Law:
These terms and conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ghana.
